Challenge: Raise awareness for PETA’s “End Speciesism” campaign.

Insight: The connections and pain that animals go through is not given the same value as that of humans.

Big Idea: Put animal stories through a human lens to show how similar we are.

To the surprise of diners, animal dish descriptions were taken out,

and the stories of the animals were put in their place.
